This source cluster extends the first Henry Luce Foundation filing-and-grants extraction with grantee identity reconciliation, Project 2025 / Trump administration / America First roster screening, FEC committee-master screening, targeted OpenFEC searches, and a separate Clare Boothe Luce legacy/governance capture.
The pass found one meaningful new grantee-overlap item: the Henry Luce Foundation's 2024 Form 990-PF lists a $4,500 general-operating-support grant to Ethics and Public Policy Center Inc; a retained official Heritage Project 2025 page lists Ethics and Public Policy Center among the 100 groups making up Project 2025's advisory board / coalition. This is direct evidence of a Luce grant to a Project 2025-listed organization, but it is not evidence that Luce funded Project 2025, endorsed the project, coordinated with Heritage, or intended a Trump/MAGA political outcome.
