The focused infrastructure pass supports treating America's Mom as more than a passive nickname. The current and archived site surfaces show an event, contact, donation, volunteer, resource, and media stack that Bishop used for public messaging and supporter intake. Moms for America adds a separate national training and media layer, while Garfield RE-2 remains the strongest repo-supported local school-board case where Bishop appears as a recall-defense speaker and organizer.
The evidence should remain tiered. America's Mom site material is self-description / public messaging. Moms for America material is organization-controlled PR and annual-report evidence. Garfield RE-2 public records and reporting provide the strongest external case-specific evidence.
The live americasmom.net capture shows a WordPress-era platform with pages for shows, events, blog, about, resources, contact, and get-involved flows. The site points show traffic to FrankSpeech, invites donations and volunteer involvement, and uses Colorado-team, local-event, candidate-training, and local-candidate-support language.
The technical surface also matters for repository ontology. The current site exposes a WordPress / Elementor / OceanWP stack, Contact Form 7, Google reCAPTCHA, Akismet, WP Rocket, The Events Calendar / Tribe Events API, RSS and iCal-style feeds, JSON / oEmbed endpoints, and a visible web-design credit to Digital Design Solutions. These features support a public media-and-intake infrastructure, but they do not prove legal ownership, staff roles, donor processing, or committee status.
The live Events Calendar API returned no current/future events in the checked window from 2026-04-17 through 2028-04-17. Treat that as a current platform-state observation, not as evidence that no events occurred historically.
The 2021-04-02 Wayback homepage capture shows an earlier Wix-era America’s Mom site. The page payload includes Wix Events, Wix Stores, members/profile, subscriptions, automated email, contact, and cart functionality. It also preserves an event for 2021-04-02 in Glenwood Springs titled around Katie Hopkins and Trevor Loudon, with America’s Mom, Garfield County Republicans, and Bright Lights of Liberty listed as hosts. The event had ticketing enabled and a ticket price displayed.
The 2021-06-16 get-involved Wayback capture shows the same core organizing language that later appears on the WordPress-era page: supporters are invited into a Colorado Team, asked to donate, volunteer, or partner, and told volunteers can help with local events, candidate trainings, and local candidate support.
Additional endpoint captures show that the Wix-era and later site had public contact and contribution pages. The 2021-06-14 contact capture displayed Wix-era navigation with Donate, Merch, Event, and Videos links plus public contact fields. The 2022-05-24 and 2023-09-30 donation captures displayed Support America's Mom / Contribute pages, but the visible text retained in this pass did not identify a payment processor or legal recipient. The 2023-09-26 get-involved capture preserved the same donation, volunteer, partnership, Colorado Team, local-event, candidate-training, and local-candidate-support language. The .co root capture from 2021-11-25 was a domain-suspension page, so it should be treated only as evidence of an expired/suspended .co state.
The 2024-08-08 get-involved Wayback capture shows the WordPress-era resource and media surface: Watch Shows links out to FrankSpeech, the Resources menu includes Moms for America and election-infrastructure resources, and the get-involved language still uses Colorado Team / candidate-training / local-candidate-support framing.
Moms for America's current team page lists Bishop as National Director Strategic Initiatives and Kelly Kohls as Senior Director, School Board Leadership Project. The 2023 and 2024 annual reports present Moms for America as a national training and media infrastructure for parental-rights and school-board work.
The annual-report PDFs are now retained locally for 2023, 2024, and 2025. The 2023 report was recovered from Wayback because the old live wp-content/mfa-reports PDF URL now returns a Wix 404. The 2024 and 2025 PDFs were downloaded from the current Wix-hosted momsforamerica.us invest page.
The 2023 report claims 33 school-board trainings, more than 300 school-board candidates trained, 72,000 ambassadors, and large media-platform / media-partnership reach. The 2024 report claims 106 school-board members trained, more than 15,000 parents or moms trained in advocacy lanes, 32 legal referrals and resources, a We the Parents: School Boards 101 reference, more than 32,000 ambassadors trained, and a podcast/media surface with reported episodes, guests, listeners, and views. The 2025 report continues the same organizational frame, emphasizing parental-rights infrastructure, legal challenges, leader training, Moms for Freedom World, Liberty Trips, and school-board / community organizing language.
These metrics support a national training / legal-resource / media context around the Garfield RE-2 reporting, but they should remain organization-reported scale claims. They do not prove Bishop personally controlled Moms for America's school-board project or its media metrics.
Garfield RE-2 is the strongest documented school-board use case in the Bishop source set. Local reporting and official recall records show a specific recall-defense environment around Tony May. Post Independent reported Bishop spoke at One Door Church in Rifle in support of May; CPR and Colorado Times Recorder reported on a private Zoom call involving Bishop and Kohls, with strategy discussion around defeating or managing the recall effort.
This supports precise labels such as speaker, organizer, and recall-defense strategist in the Garfield RE-2 context. It does not yet support stronger labels such as committee officer, paid consultant, campaign treasurer, or formal legal representative.
TRACER and board-material follow-up strengthens the negative boundary. Row-level review of the retained Garfield RE-2 issue-committee slices found no Bishop / America's Mom / Moms for America / Kohls / Miller / Fletchall finance rows. Public Garfield RE-2 agenda/packet captures from May through September 2024 returned no text hits for Tony May, legal-fee, reimbursement, Hoskin/Farina/Kampf, recall, Brad Miller, or Britton Fletchall terms. That does not erase CTR/CPR reporting about the private Zoom-call discussion, but it means the current repo still lacks a public filing or public board-packet record showing Bishop-connected legal-fee reimbursement activity.
America's Mom is supported as a public media / organizing platform and linked LLC, but exact ownership of web assets, show assets, donation flows, and accounts remains unresolved.2023, 2024, and 2025 PDFs are now archived locally for audit.
