D.L. Adams Associates appears in the Project Taurus corpus through the May 29, 2026 Rev C mechanical noise study. The study is evidence for the applicant-side modeled noise scenarios, generator/chiller assumptions, and code-compliance analysis preserved in the planning record.
The DLAA study supports what the model says. It does not, by itself, establish actual post-construction sound levels, low-frequency effects outside the modeled scope, generator emissions, runtime, or final operating compliance. The HEI memo provides an independent modeling check within a narrower scope, not operating data.
