This source cluster converts the prior West Group lead into a reviewable representative-role extract. The derived file does not prove counsel-of-record, drafting, client control, sponsorship, or funding. It does show that official Colorado Title Board representative blocks repeatedly name West Group or C/O West Group across the selected Advance Colorado / Fields / West Group initiative corpus.
The source basis is the official Title Board capture package created on 2026-04-19, especially the derived title-board-advance-colorado-fields-west-group-extract.csv. The follow-up pass generated two additional derived files:
west-group-title-board-representative-role-extract.csv: one row per representative segment that contains West Group.west-group-title-board-representative-role-counts.csv: grouped counts by representative name, West Group label, and cycle.The extract is scoped to the selected Title Board corpus, not every Colorado initiative record.
