The July Quarterly filings advance the official campaign-finance boundary for Jessica Killin through June 30, 2026. Killin for Colorado reports $3,143,744.12 in receipts, $1,551,101.76 in disbursements, and $1,592,642.36 in cash on hand. The previously dormant Killin It Victory Fund reports its first $41,000.00 in receipts.
The JFC activity changes the earlier zero-activity boundary, but it does not establish a transfer to Killin's campaign or the Colorado Democratic Party. The JFC reports zero transfers and $39,234.88 remaining cash through June 30.

The differences include a $19.22 July 15 amendment to the earlier Pre-Primary report. The discrete June 11-30 July Quarterly itself reports $401,245.11 in receipts, $397,220.11 in net contributions, and $184,174.58 in disbursements.
The period's receipts include a $125,000.00 candidate contribution, $173,026.68 in itemized and unitemized individual contributions, $98,450.00 from other political committees, and $4,768.43 from a political-party committee. The report shows $632,433.00 in candidate contributions year to date.
The JFC's six direct individual receipt rows total $41,000.00:
$10,000.00;$10,000.00;$10,000.00;$5,000.00;$3,000.00;$3,000.00.ActBlue appears in four conduit/memo rows for corresponding underlying contributions. Those rows are not additional receipts. The JFC reports $1,765.12 in operating expenditures, $39,234.88 cash on hand, and no transfers or debts through June 30.
GiveGreen United Action now reports three small Schedule E support rows totaling $77.35, up from the earlier retained $32.00 row. Communication-cost and electioneering totals-by-candidate still return zero rows. The source supports a tiny outside-support finding, not a material independent-expenditure operation.

The next bounded finance pass should run a complete cycle-wide Schedule A and Schedule B reconciliation after the next filing or when rate-limit capacity permits. That pass should refresh unique donors, refunds, geography, employer clusters, and contribution-limit screening without double-counting ActBlue conduits or F6 notices.
