The public signed budget recovered September 3 establishes an FY2026–27 appropriation document for Colorado Military Academy, superseding the earlier finding that only a scheduled appropriation item was retained. Its cover and budget table say June 16, 2026; the appropriation page's “Date of Adoption” field and electronic signature say June 17. Preserve this discrepancy until the corresponding minutes resolve the action date.
The appropriation page covers July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and totals $13,888,415: $11,752,531 General Fund, $179,190 Transportation Fund, $1,156,694 Bond Redemption Fund, and $800,000 Capital Reserve Capital Projects Fund. These are appropriations, not proof of actual receipts, expenditure, balances or completed work. The General Fund amount must not be described as the all-fund total.
The August 16 source review documented unavailable FY26 original and revised budget PDF links while retaining public WordPress attachment metadata. Metadata preserves titles, record dates and file sizes, not the missing budget contents. The later signed FY27 budget does not replace those FY26 schedules.
The September 3 board-meetings page links 2026 minutes through March 17. Six later entries—April 21, May 19, June 16, June 26, August 3 and August 22—say minutes will be posted after approval. That captured page state does not prove whether approval occurred elsewhere or when files were posted later.
The signed FY27 document does not establish the corresponding vote, attendance, D11 submission or receipt, quarterly reporting, or implementation outcomes. The combined source record supports a mixed disclosure finding, not a claim that no financial information exists, concealment, or a legal compliance conclusion.
