This source cluster adds a bounded finance and petition-entity layer to the official Title Board initiative corpus. It preserves TRACER bulk-export slices, four TRACER committee-detail pages, a live Colorado Secretary of State petition-entity page, two petition-license PDFs, and two Wayback captures of the same petition-entity page from December 2025.
The strongest direct findings are narrow. Alliance for Citizens' Tax Cut directly names proposed Initiatives 50 and 108 in its TRACER purpose field. Coloradans for Smart Justice directly names opposition to Initiatives 112 and 157, which the official ballot-contact page maps to Proposition 128 and Proposition 130. The December 2025 Wayback captures directly list Blitz Canvassing and Victor's Canvassing as circulating petitions for #85 and #95; the live 2026-04-19 page directly lists Victor's Canvassing as circulating #177 and #232.
The TRACER bulk-export layer was retrieved through the repo Colorado TRACER helper using the official TRACER data-download page. The helper reported data as of 2026-04-18 2:00 AM. Local TLS verification failed for TRACER, so the helper and later committee-detail fetches used the repo-approved --insecure / curl --insecure path.
The petition-entity layer uses one live Colorado Secretary of State page capture from 2026-04-19 plus two Internet Archive captures from 2025-12-09 and 2025-12-20, because the current live page no longer preserves the earlier #85 / #95 circulation state.
