Practical Government School is a Charis Bible College program described as training students to impact government from a biblical worldview, and it is the clearest direct institutional bridge in the current repo between Derrick Wilburn, Richard Harris, the Truth & Liberty coalition layer, and the Charis ecosystem.
In this repository, Practical Government School is best treated as a program-level entity rather than as a general theme. The direct source set supports program purpose, director identification, and roster-level connections. Newer reporting also says a 2021 Truth & Liberty Coalition Candidate Academy at Charis was developed in cooperation with the program, which strengthens its role as a bridge between educational and candidate-training infrastructure. It still does not support stronger claims that every rostered person was a salaried employee or that the program itself proves broader coordination.
- Charis Bible College: Charis hosts the program.
- Truth & Liberty: the program page identifies Richard Harris as both program director and Truth & Liberty executive director, and later reporting says a 2021 Truth & Liberty
Candidate Academy at Charis was developed in cooperation with the program.
- Derrick Wilburn: the catalog and Wilburn's own voter-guide response support an instructional relationship to the program.
- Christian nationalism: the program explicitly frames government engagement through a biblical worldview, which places it inside the repo's Christian-nationalist governance cluster.
- Seven Mountains Mandate: the program's government-sphere training model overlaps with the repo's Seven Mountains concept, though the current page still supports this as a programmatic overlap rather than proof of a full doctrinal identity.

- Derrick Wilburn direct-source profile and institutional ties: bounded synthesis of the current evidence.
- The current source set supports role typing, program framing, and one reporting-backed candidate-training tie, but not stronger claims about staffing structure, curriculum authorship beyond Wilburn's own statement, or the later political trajectory of all program participants.
