The JCA application's attached Colorado Choice Schools minutes dated March 30, 2026 list Salazar as secretary. The same minutes state that Salazar moved to approve submission of DaVinci Academy to Pueblo School District 60 and Jefferson Classical Academy to Delta County Joint School District No. 50, and that the motion passed unanimously.

The JCA application resolves the previously open Delta charter-role lead at the level of applicant-board action: Salazar was listed as Colorado Choice Schools secretary and moved to submit JCA's application. It does not by itself prove Salazar funded JCA, controlled JCA, had a management role after submission, had a relationship with Bill Bennett, or had a relationship with Doug Wilson.
